Welcome to Aesthetics Art. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Services
Aesthetics Art offers the following services:Photography
Videography
Media Management
Advertisement Assistance
Website Creation and Maintenance
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full before the commencement of any service.
Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined below.
4. Refund Policy
Photography Sessions: Refunds are only applicable if the photoshoot is canceled by Aesthetics Art. In the event of a cancellation, the client will receive a full refund. Videography, Media Management, and Advertisement Assistance: No refunds are provided once payment is made. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact Mustafa at [email protected] for further assistance.
Website Creation and Maintenance: The website creation fee of $350 is non-refundable. Monthly maintenance fees of $85 are also non-refundable once charged.
5. Website Maintenance
A one-time fee of $350 is charged for website creation.
A monthly maintenance fee of $85 is charged to cover ongoing support and updates.
No refunds will be issued for either the creation fee or the monthly maintenance fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials and information required for the services in a timely manner.
Clients must review and approve work within specified time frames to avoid delays.
7. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by Aesthetics Art remains the intellectual property of Aesthetics Art until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for the intended purpose.
8. Confidentiality
Aesthetics Art agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent.
9. Liability
Aesthetics Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
In any event, Aesthetics Art's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
